Find your Zen and raise money for the Scottish Association of Mental Health

Ever wanted to get involved in yoga? Then this is your ideal opportunity!

Let’s Get It Om! is happening this Saturday in Glasgow city centre. The proceeds of the event will be donated to Scottish mental health charity, SAHM, ahead of World Suicide Prevention Day 2019.

The festival is open to anyone interested in yoga and is promising not to be like a traditional yoga event.

To increase participation, Let’s Get It Om! are providing more than a typical yoga session. The festival will be hosting Broga (yoga for men), kids yoga, family yoga, Thai massage workshops and much more! Rich in Paradise and Carl Mendez will be playing live across the day to keep you entertained when you’re not rooted in relaxation mode.

Let’s Get It Om! aims to introduce new, creative, ways that will help people have fun, the overall aim is to let people take care of their health and wellbeing.

“It is important that we programmed the day to include all the family, setting healthy habits when we are young will help build our resilience and support our mental health as we grow!” – Borja Alcalde, Festival Organiser.

The structure of the festival is set up so that as the yoga newbies, and families, can take part earlier in the day. As the day progresses the more ”serious stretchers” can find their Zen.

The festival is being held at the top of the Argyll Arcade, making it an excellent central location for anyone wishing to attend. Let’s Get It Om! festival is provided by Salka Yoga who have brought together the best in the industry available to donate their time for this unique and special event.
